Trafalgar Property Consultancy was founded with a simple belief: commercial property advice should be clear, honest and genuinely useful.
After many years working across the property sector, Graham Jacobs saw first-hand how often clients were left navigating complex decisions without straightforward guidance. Trafalgar was built to change that, to offer a more transparent, client-focused approach, grounded in experience but delivered in a way that makes sense.
Since launching in 2012, Trafalgar has grown into a trusted name across the South Coast, working with landlords, investors and businesses to help them make confident property decisions. But while the business has evolved, the core principle has remained the same, put the client first, and the results will follow.
